Local Law 152 was passed by the NYC Council in 2016 as part of a gas safety package. Local Law 152 requires that NYC building owners have their building’s gas piping inspected by a qualified gas piping system inspector every 4 years. Arco Plumbing Group is a qualified gas piping inspector ready to ensure your building meets all codes and requirements.
DOB Violation Close-outs
NYC DOB can issue violations for non-compliance to building regulations. Any NYC DOB violation will be on public record in the DOB database and can hinder a properties ability to amend or create a new Certificate of Occupancy. Arco Plumbing Group offers inspections to assist in the closeout of your Departmnet of Buildings code violation.
FDNY Violations Close-outs
An FDNY violation is an official notice that a property is not in compliance with the New York City Fire Code and/or Fire Department Rules. Arco Plumbing Group handles the inspection, maintenance, and proof of correction of these violations so that you can get back to business- and sooner.
FDNY Hydro Static Testings
The FDNY requires that your fire sprinkler system’s Fire Department Connection (FDC) undergo a hydrostatic pressure test every five years. This can be found in NYC Fire Code, Section 903.5.
NFPA Sprinkler Services
Arco Plumbing Group offers pre-testing of your system to make sure that it is ready ahead of the FDNY test. This allows us to be prepared with the required repairs to make sure it passes the test when the FDNY inspector is present.
